On the Road – Summer Travels
Friday, September 9, 2011 at 1:54PM We were busy on the road with our brass brands at conventions for the International Trumpet Guild (ITG) in Minneapolis and the International Trombone Association (ITA) in Nashville.
Visitors to the Blessing booth at the ITA were able to test our complete line of trombones, including the new BTB-1547 professional model. An undergraduate student from the Eastman School of Music entered and won our raffle at the ITA, and is now the proud owner of a new 1547. We heard fantastic brass playing at both conventions and are looking forward to next year.

There is an event you should take note of in Missouri. The 2011 Carmine Caruso International Jazz Trumpet Solo Competetition (it's finally out of NYC) will take place at Missouri State University in Springfield , MO on Seotember 23-24, 2011. Grant Peters is the trumpet teacher that is coordinating the competition. His # is 417-836-5726 and the website is www.missouristate.edu/music/caruso or Caruso@trumpetguild.org. Grant ( I believe is an Edwards artist) might let Blessing have a booth if you got right on it. He may well be interested in the Sonare and the BTR1580. Good Luck.
